Billing Information
Once a customer is set up in our system the meters are normally read the last business day of every month with billing mailed within 3 business days.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION-
Always review your bill
Payment of your bills is due upon receipt and no later than the 18th of every month. If the 18th falls on the weekend, your bill is due the next business day
Late payments are subject to penalties
Shut offs occur on the second Monday of every month and payments must be received on the prior Friday to avoid shut off
Payments
At Pleasant Valley Public Water District we offer several easy to use payment options. Clarification of payment options are on the back side of your monthly bill. Please contract our office if you have any questions
Forms of payment accepted:
Personal check or money order in the office, mailed or placed in the slot on the North side of the office.
Online payments with a debit or credit card may be made on www.courtmoney.com for a small convenience fee.
ACH payments that are withdrawn from your checking or savings account monthly.
Effective June 2025 Cash payments are no longer accepted in person or via mail
Water Rates
District billings for water used or supplied shall be as follows:
i) As to the first 2,000 gallons per month, or any such lesser amount as may be supplied to a Customer, the charge shall be as follows:
ii) As to water supplied in excess of 2,000 gallons per month, but less than or equal to 5,000 gallons per month, the rate shall be $7.00 per thousand gallons of use.
iii) As to water supplied in excess of 5,000 gallons per month, but less than or equal to 10,000 gallons per month, the rate shall be S6.00 per thousand gallons of use.
iv) As to water used in excess of 10,000 gallons per month, the rate shall be $5.00 per thousand gallons of use.
v) As to the charge for infrastructure revitalization, the charge shall be nine dollars and seventy-five cents ($9.75) per month per Customer.
vi) No water shall be furnished to anyone free of charge, except such water as is furnished the owner of the servient lands at the well site, or the grantor of lands for he tank site, if any such be furnished.
